Challenge
Businesses often manage WhatsApp leads directly inside conversations, making it difficult to organize prospects, track progress and maintain consistent follow-ups as the number of leads grows.

Solution
Built MiniCRM as a focused SaaS product for managing WhatsApp leads through a simpler and more structured workflow. The current public beta focuses on WhatsApp lead management, with additional CRM capabilities planned as the product continues to evolve.
